Add mouse hover tracking across the Servo input pipeline
...
Without continuous MouseMove events, Servo never updates hover state:
no cursor changes over links, no :hover CSS effects, no mouseenter
JavaScript events. The web page appears completely non-interactive.
Track mouse position from GPUI on_mouse_move through the full IPC
pipeline to Servo. Hover position is included with each ensure
request so Servo updates hover state at frame rate (~60fps).

Update split view and web surface to glass morphism styling
...
Split panes use rounded corners, glass backgrounds, and accent dot
indicators matching the design reference. Web surface error page
uses centered layout with proper typography. Remove opaque white
backgrounds in favor of transparent glass surfaces.

Replace plain list layout with centered hero section ("Where focus
finds flow."), pill-shaped search placeholder, quick action pills,
favorites card grid with initial avatars, and clean tab list with
glass-style row backgrounds.

Redesign shell with glass morphism and warm clay palette

Update design system: warm clay accent (#c96442), ink scale for text
hierarchy, glass surface tokens with alpha, redesigned spacing/radius
tokens. Restructure shell layout: sidebar and main pane as rounded
glass panels, pill-shaped omnibar inside main pane, workspace tiles,
section labels, profile avatar in sidebar footer.

Add keyboard special key support for web content interaction

Enter, Backspace, Tab, Escape, Delete, arrow keys, Home, End,
PageUp, PageDown now forward to Servo. Previously only printable
characters reached the web engine, making forms unusable.
