Fixed in 7d56063: herdr's records take `herdr:` before the pane, a colon no OSC 7501 id holds, since a program's id ends at one; the test that keeps a program's `herdr/build` and `herdr` through an empty snapshot, a full one and herdr's leaving fails with the old prefix.
