ZacharyZhang-NY	15e83f5b7e	T35: Cmd-Up and Cmd-Down, Ctrl-Shift-Up and Ctrl-Shift-Down off macOS, jump to the prompt before or after the view's top, as Ghostty jumps: the tap rewrites each OSC 133 mark in place into an OSC 8 link of the terminal's own, which the parser keeps in the prompt's cells through scroll, reflow and history, and links pass over; the tap's OSC scanner ends a body as vte does	2026-10-16 23:46:58 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	c53b540f42	T34: prompts and commands carry OSC 133 marks: the tap reads every OSC body and hands 133's marks to the session, which keeps its last command's status; zsh, bash, fish and PowerShell mark what the shell leaves unmarked, and the user's prompt still sees the status	2026-10-16 22:16:50 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	da55942050	T33: the sessions and right columns resize by a drag on their border toward the terminal, 160 to 960 pixels, kept in the settings once a drag rests; Ely 5c2822c's resizable ShellColumn, whose handle occludes the header so the drag moves no window, and Ely 005faef's handle line, a filled hairline, since gpui paints a border no wider than half its box	2026-10-16 20:17:13 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	d7dc1af6b9	T32: on Windows the right column follows herdr's focused pane: the herdr.exe nearest under the session's shell, its arguments and variables read through sysinfo, its folder found as herdr finds it there, herdr's named pipe asked as herdr names it; on every system a herdr answer that lands after the shell reported a folder is dropped	2026-10-16 12:37:09 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	1bf420ce41	T30: the main window opens at the size it was left at: its size, read once the bounds settle and kept in the settings unless the window is maximized or full screen, opens the next window, shrunk where it passes the screen	2026-10-16 03:43:15 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	3e30f95543	T29: inside herdr the right column follows herdr's focused pane: herdr keeps its panes' OSC 7, so on macOS and Linux a session that finds herdr's client leading its pty's foreground reads the focused pane's folder from herdr's socket, found as herdr 0.9 finds it	2026-10-16 02:58:38 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	741e48bc4a	T28: on Hyprland a window blurs only while Hyprland's own decoration:blur:enabled is on, which Omarchy 4.0.4 turns off; the PRD, README, AGENTS.md and release notes say so and how to turn it on, and acceptance records the blur Hyprland drew on the owner's Omarchy	2026-10-16 01:23:51 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	340c7a92ea	T27: on Omarchy 4 an Omarchy theme wears the system's current theme, read from the ghostty.conf Omarchy renders, and follows each switch; it is the default where Omarchy runs, and its card leads the Appearance grid	2026-10-16 00:10:37 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	43ea5b1a07	T26: a release's macOS disk image is signed with the owner's Developer ID and notarized: mac-app.sh signs under the hardened runtime and notarizes and staples the image when given an identity and the App Store Connect key; the Release workflow, dispatched by hand, runs it on the macos-signing runner and puts the image on the draft through release-asset.sh	2026-10-15 20:36:54 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	7bfb462ffa	T26: the arrow over the terminal; the settings window drops General, its Shell and Start in leading Terminal, which lists every shortcut from the keymap with a search, and its categories and page are two columns that scroll apart	2026-10-15 20:08:10 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	90a46257a3	T26: on Windows Ctrl-V pastes too, as in Windows Terminal, where shells take it so; on Linux it stays the program's	2026-10-15 19:24:02 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	c316d271a2	T26: on Windows and Linux, which have no menu bar, a gear just inside the right toggle opens Settings; it sends OpenSettings through Window::dispatch_action, since App::dispatch_action inside the window's own click handler fails with only gpui's log line	2026-10-15 19:04:41 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	0075667ab1	T25: release builds: scripts/windows-zip.ps1 zips elyterminal.exe, the icon inside as resource 1 (build.rs, embed-resource), a GUI program carrying its C runtime, git started without a console; scripts/linux-tar.sh builds on Debian 12, glibc 2.35 for this build, with a desktop entry and the icon; every window names itself com.zacharyzhang.elyterminal; rust-toolchain.toml pins 1.95.0, and CI installs it without rustup default	2026-10-15 16:50:22 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	67fe91249a	T24: the icon, Ely holding a terminal, drawn in SVG: on macOS's rounded square, and alone and flat for Windows and Linux; scripts/mac-app.sh builds ELYTerminal.app, signed ad hoc, and its disk image, its icon rendered by examples/icons.rs through resvg	2026-10-15 15:10:17 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	09930c2934	T23: the owner's checks on macOS: on macOS 27 gpui's Selection material drew no blur, so blur/macos gives the window's effect view underWindowBackground, radius 30; a button at each end of the title bar hides and shows its column, kept in the settings; shot reads an effect view's blur radius; new comments cut to ten words	2026-10-15 14:42:28 -04:00
ZacharyZhang-NY	4b8445c434	T23: README; tasks/acceptance.md holds PRD.md line by line with its evidence; the Ubuntu job installs the libraries gpui links; testlog builds only beside the Unix tests that use it, so clippy passes for Windows; the CI probe steps go	2026-10-15 13:15:15 -04:00
