TitleBar: a press its buttons claim never moves the window
The drag area armed a window move on every press, buttons included, so a click on Linux's drawn buttons that moved a pixel started a move and the compositor kept the release. It now arms only on unclaimed presses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
