Documents: soft breaks draw as lines; Reader::joined keeps GFM spaces
CI / platforms (windows-latest) (push) Failing after 8s
CI / site (push) Successful in 22s
CI / crate (push) Failing after 27s
CI / platforms (ubuntu-24.04) (push) Canceled after 0s

The screen keeps a single line break (Typora's default when writing);
outputs read with Reader::joined, which joins them as GFM does. Heading
titles read on one line.
