AppImage: CEF lives in usr/lib, beside the libcef the binary loads

linuxdeploy points binaries at usr/lib and copied libcef.so there,
away from CEF's data: two 1.45 GB copies and a crash on ICU data.
The CEF runtime now moves to usr/lib, and linuxdeploy runs with the
AppDir's lib path, so libcef.so is found in place and kept once.
