R4.12 (user report). The copy holding the instance lock opens a local door guarded by a random token in its data folder; a second copy sends its file paths there, lets it take the foreground, and exits 0 instead of showing "already running". Files join the ely_ui::on_open queue every app already uses; the main window comes to the front. Also records the R4.10 round 1 verdict. Open Link and Copy Link Address consequently use the wrong address. Resolve the target with the same inline HTML and anchor rules as the rendered document. apps/ely-mark/src/view/menu.rs:63— [P2] A consumed menu request is replayed when its tab is mounted again. Open a context menu in file A, dismiss it with Escape, open file B, then return to A. The old menu reappears without a right press and takes focus; Ctrl+Shift+C leaves the clipboard unchanged until another Escape.offersurvives while ContextMenu's keyed request-consumption state does not. Clear or consume the request across dismissal/tab deactivation, or retain its consumption state with the view. apps/ely-mark/src/export/copy.rs:73— [P2] Copy as HTML Code and Copy as Plain Text (:87) perform the entire Markdown conversion synchronously on the UI thread. With no selection in an 84,000-byte document containing 12,000**x**paragraphs, direct timing inside the handlers measured 2.147 seconds for HTML and 2.086 seconds for plain text in the debug build, excluding document opening and window rendering. Input and painting cannot proceed during this work, contrary to PERF-02. Convert the captured text on the background executor and return the clipboard result or error to the UI thread.
