The copy guard also compares the clipboard's HTML, which gpui omits, so a later rich copy with the same plain text is not overwritten. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

apps/ely-mark/src/export/copy.rs:76— [P2] The clipboard witness misses changed HTML when its plain-text fallback stays the same. Start Copy as HTML Code with boldxon the clipboard, then copy italicxfrom another app while conversion is pending: GPUI omits HTML from its clipboard snapshot, so these different rich payloads compare equal and the old conversion overwrites the newer copy. The native Windows probe confirms different HTML but equalClipboardItems; this exceeds the accepted limitation for identical-content writes. Include rich formats in the witness or use a native clipboard change token, and cover different HTML with the same plain text.
