FAIL
tests/scripts/ooxml.py:88 — Comment placement verification records only the containing paragraph, so moving a preserved comment onto different text in that paragraph passes. Reproducer: in the DOCX produced by a_docx_keeps_text_comments_and_tracking_across_sessions, remove <w:commentReference w:id="0"/> from its original run after Alpha 甲 and insert <w:r><w:commentReference w:id="0"/></w:r> immediately before that paragraph's </w:p>, after Hello 世界. python3 tests/scripts/ooxml.py contract <file> exits 0, including textutil. Reopening both files in the freshly built worker and exporting FODT confirms that Check alpha moves from immediately after Alpha 甲 to immediately after Hello 世界. The new paragraph-membership check therefore misses a real change to the comment anchor required by PRD §19.2. Fix direction: verify the comment ID and its expected text position or anchored range, and add this same-paragraph movement to the rejection selftests.
tests/scripts/ooxml.py:179 — The new ordered-slide reader checks count, the first title and aggregate visibility, allowing a different ordered deck to pass. Reproducer: in the generated PPTX, change the rId5 target in ppt/_rels/presentation.xml.rels from slides/slide2.xml to slides/slide1.xml. The second-session blank slide is replaced by another reference to the first slide; python3 tests/scripts/ooxml.py deck <file> exits 0. A separate mutation swapping the rId5 and rId6 entries in ppt/presentation.xml also exits 0. Worker reopen and FODP export confirm ordered slide texts ["First", "First", "Second"] and ["First", "Second", ""], respectively, against the original ["First", "", "Second"]; the duplicate also copies the first slide's notes. This leaves the saved structure and second-session insertion insufficiently checked under PRD §19.2. Fix direction: assert distinct slide targets and the complete expected ordered content, visibility and notes of this fixture; require duplicate-target and reordered-slide mutations to fail.
tests/scripts/ooxml.py:86 — The newly added comment contains 13 words and continues as a second comment line at line 87, violating agents.md rule 5. Reproducer: python3 tests/scripts/comments.py exits 1 and reports both the overlong line and the multiline comment. Fix direction: replace these two lines with one necessary comment containing at most ten words.
