1. tests/scripts/storage.sh:53 — The replacement 2 MiB fixture is written into recovery before starting ElyMark, but Keeping::start deletes that directory on a clean start (apps/ely-mark/src/restore.rs:120). With this script's fresh HOME, the storage row therefore shows 0 KB and the assertion at line 62 fails before testing clearing or recovery limits. Reproduced with the newly built native ElyMark in WSL: startup succeeds, logs Clean, and deletes the 2,097,152-byte sample (.work/C14.5-r2/linux-probes.log). Create a valid recovery fixture that survives startup, or seed a valid live recovery slot after startup; ensure the later next-start deletion assertion also distinguishes the requested clear from ordinary clean-session purging.
