Subject: [PATCH] configurator: pacstrap omarchy + omarchy-installer (not just
 installer)

With the cleaner dep graph, omarchy-installer no longer transitively
pulls omarchy + omarchy-settings + omarchy-limine. Pacstrap both
explicitly so /etc/skel (via omarchy -> omarchy-settings) is populated
before archinstall creates the user.
