basecamp/omarchy#6431 takes kvantum-qt5 and qt5-wayland out of
omarchy-base.packages, and the rest of the stack follows them out of a
fresh install: qt5-base, qt5-declarative, qt5-svg, qt5-translations and
qt5-x11extras. kvantum stays put, moving from dependency to explicit now
that the package list names it directly instead of reaching it through
kvantum-qt5.
Hand-applied rather than re-recorded, so everything else in both files
still reflects the 2026-05-25 capture.
