Ryan Hughes d6e4060d56 Add omarchy-iso-test-stop to shut down the kept-running VM ...

Graceful guest poweroff over SSH first, escalating to TERM then KILL;
--kill skips straight to force. Finds the newest live run by its pidfile
and confirms before acting when run from a terminal, since a harness
still driving the VM dies with it.
