Jeffrey Guenther f5aa88b06c Plan autoinstall against the quattro install pipeline ...

PR #72 targeted the pre-quattro tree and can't be rebased -- the bash
seams it hooked into are gone. This plans the same feature against the
configurator/dashboard/orchestrator split, and drops the three parts of
that PR that were flagged as questionable.
