Stop AUR sync for v4l2-relayd

The sync regenerated the PKGBUILD from AUR and clobbered the splashsrc patch (restored in 564d0b4). Pin it so the local changes survive. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
