Titlebars stay off until the config enables them, so a plugin left loaded
after a workspace stops floating no longer puts bare bars on every window.

The plugin source moved to omacom/omarchy-hyprland-titlebars, with its
history. The package now builds from that repository's release tags, like
Monologue and Hype, and keeps rebuilding with every Hyprland. v0.2.0
drops edge snapping, titles windows with their app's name, and highlights
titlebar buttons on hover.

The native Hyprland plugin behind Omarchy's floating workspaces: themed
titlebars and edge snapping, built from a hyprbars fork. It is rebuilt
with every Hyprland change, since a plugin only loads into the exact
build it was compiled against.
