Subject: [PATCH] Line up bar labels and icons (#14234)

Text labels centered their whole line box, which keeps room for
descenders, so the clock and workspace numbers sat a pixel above the
icons beside them. Center single-line labels on the figure height
instead. The menu logo comes from an icon font and opts out.

The Elsewhen globe also took the wide icon slot while its neighbors in
the center cluster use the status slot, so it drew extra space on both
sides. Give it the status slot like the weather widget.
