bin/omarchy scans the first 80 lines of every command for omarchy:* metadata. The requires-sudo flag is surfaced via 'omarchy commands --json', and the interactive launcher and menu use it to flag entries that need elevation before the user clicks them. Every install-service script in bin/ has the directive: spotify, signal, 1password, sunshine, dropbox-remove, nordvpn, once, tailscale, plus the full omarchy-install-* and omarchy-apply-* trees. omarchy-remove-service-dropbox has it. omarchy-install-service-dropbox is the outlier. The menu hints 'needs sudo' for removing Dropbox but not for installing it. The install path runs pacman via omarchy-pkg-add, which needs elevation. The missing directive is an oversight, not a deliberate choice.
