* Match the menu test to the rearranged Trigger menu

Trigger now leads with Toggle and Appearance, and Appearance's entries,
now including Herdr Theme Sync, are in their new order.

* Move the Menu Bar from Style to Appearance, with Hide and Show

Trigger > Appearance > Menu Bar now holds the bar's Position and
Transparency from Style > Menu Bar, and offers Hide while the bar shows
and Show while it is hidden, instead of a bare toggle.

* Name the Menu Bar entries after the bar, and split transparency

Hide Bar, Show Bar, Position Bar, Top Bar and the rest read on their own
when searched. Transparency becomes Transparent Bar while the bar is
opaque and Opaque Bar while it is transparent.
