Invite fingerprint setup after the first system update
The setup installs packages (libfprint-git, fprintd, usbutils), which isn't reliable on a fresh install before the databases have been synced. Defer the invitation with a post-update hook, like Voxtype. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
