Show OSD feedback when rebooting or shutting down

Adds named reboot and shutdown OSD icons, and gives the touchscreen toggle a proper gesture-tap glyph instead of the restart arrow it was accidentally using. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
