Extract the speed test into its own omarchy.speedtest panel plugin
The network panel now summons it, so a clone or a third-party plugin declaring clonedFrom: omarchy.speedtest can replace the whole speed test -- dials and run orchestration alike -- for every caller. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
