Show OSD feedback when rebooting or shutting down
...
Adds named reboot and shutdown OSD icons, and gives the touchscreen
toggle a proper gesture-tap glyph instead of the restart arrow it
was accidentally using.

reboot/shutdown could fire up to a minute late.
