Convert the Lupine theme to the semantic color system introduced in the
quattro/Omarchy 4 line:
- Rewrite colors.toml from the old accent/foreground/background/color0-15
scheme to the semantic palette (mode, bg/fg ramp, named ANSI hues, and
bright_* variants). The chromatic palette is preserved exactly; only the
keys are renamed.
- Replace the empty light.mode marker with mode = "light".
- Drop the hand-shipped btop.theme and chromium.theme; both are now
generated from default/themed/*.tpl at theme-set time.
Selection now follows the convention used by the other light themes
(selection_foreground = bright_fg over a light selection background)
instead of the previous inverted dark selection bar.
Solitude had no unlock assets at all, so it fell back to the default
Plymouth logo. Last Horizon shipped a preview-unlock.png derived from
Nord's that still carried Nord's navy #2e3440 entry-box fill; only the
background and logo had been recolored.
Both are now generated the way the rest of the set was: the logo mask
recolored to the theme's accent, and the preview rendered by the same
pipeline as `omarchy plymouth preview` using each theme's background
and foreground. Last Horizon's unlock.png was already correct and is
untouched.

Hyprland 0.56 fixed premultiplication in the color-management shader
(hyprwm/Hyprland#14403), so the same opacity values now render visibly
more transparent than on 0.55. Raise each value to its perceptual
equivalent (a^(1/2.2)) to restore the previous look.

The colorset is the Monokai Pro Ristretto palette, so the generated
themes keep all the accent colors. Brightened muted to Monokai Pro's
actual comment color, since comments sit on that key.

Tuned muted, dark_foreground, and lighter_background to the tiers the
explicit themes used, which also fixes muted falling back to pure white
in the generated terminal configs.

The canonical colors.toml keys are now background/foreground, including
all permutations (dark_background, darker_background, lighter_background,
dark_foreground, light_foreground, bright_foreground). The old short
names are gone entirely, not kept as aliases; legacy alacritty-generated
themes still resolve through the ANSI color0/color7 fallback.
Theme files are also regrouped: accent/selection/muted first, then the
backgrounds, then the foregrounds, then the named colors.

Five plugins each owned their own colors.toml watcher with subtly
different parsers, plus two ad-hoc per-theme override files
(notifications.json, image-picker-colors.json). This collapses all of
that into one source of truth: Commons/Color.qml watches colors.toml +
shell.toml and exposes Color.bar.*, Color.popups.*, Color.notifications.*,
Color.menu.*, Color.imagePicker.* for every surface to bind to.
shell.toml is generated by the existing template pipeline from
default/themed/shell.toml.tpl. Themes can ship their own shell.toml to
override individual keys; everything missing falls back to the
foundational palette via root.pick(). Settings panel is intentionally
not themable beyond the foundational tokens.
last-horizon and solitude ship a minimal shell.toml to preserve their
historical 'notification border matches Hyprland active border'
behavior, which previously came from parsing the theme's hyprland.conf
(now removed).
* Fix helix theme's word selection colors
Without this fix, if users enabled `editor.cursorline`, the word
selection would not be visually distinct from the cursorline selection.

* Make color0 distinct from background/foreground
The majority of themes have color0 available as a subtle offset from
the background. For flexoki-light, because color0 matched foreground, it
wasn't subtle, and would cause invisible text when used as a background
color (e.g., in text editor rulers). For vantablack, ethereal,
hackerman, and white, color0 matched background and would cause
invisible text when a theme wanted text to be de-emphasized.
This patch makes it consistently a subtle offset from background.
* Make helix selection theme colors more subtle
Helix is more usable if the selection background is subtle. This is
primarily because of [[1]], which makes a bright selection like we had
before often make the foreground text unreadable in the picker preview.
