Updates and the component library come from GitHub

Browse Source 
The update check reads the latest release from GitHub's API; its JSON
has the same tag_name and assets[].browser_download_url the reader
expects. Ely-GPUI-Components is fetched from ELY-Open-Source at the same
pinned commits.
