ZacharyZhang-NY c0be05d043 Refactor: EditableTextView.Changed() and the Canceled spelling 
EditableTextView.Changed is a method like every other result's.
AlertDialogResult, PopconfirmResult and DateTimeResult spell Canceled
the American way, matching EditableTextView and LoadingOverlayResult.
Callers, Gallery and docs updated.

ZacharyZhang-NY 5f217100ff Refactor: delete StackItem 
Callers skip a hidden child with if !hidden { build() }; an unbuilt
child already takes no room and no gap. Docs, Example and Gallery
updated.

ZacharyZhang-NY 8880865021 Refactor: results expose Element as a named field 
Every component result type now names its element Element instead of
embedding *ui.Element. The eleven element-plus-changed results
(AccordionView, CarouselView, CollapsibleView, ImageViewerView,
PaginationResult, StepsResult, SidebarResult, TabsResult, RatingParts,
FileDropZoneParts, TransferParts) fold into ChoiceResult.

Fixes four Gallery demos where .Width(...).Changed() read the element's
flag instead of the component's: Accordion, MultiSelect, Cascader,
TreeSelect. TestDataAccordionDemoLogsChange covers the Accordion.
