Call the renamed omarchy-apply-system finalizer

The runtime moved its install-time plumbing out of the setup namespace, where
it sat among the interactive wizards a user browses to. The ISO installs the
runtime from the mirror it ships with, so the two move together and no
compatibility route is needed.
