Change the greeter tagline to "Beautiful, Fun & Opinionated"

The same frame opens omarchy's first boot from its own copy of the string, so both repositories change together or an install and the deferred first boot after it bookend the setup with different words. Nothing generates one copy from the other: the vendoring between the repositories covers the setup form, not the greeter. The line is centred from its own length, so the three characters it loses move it one column and nothing else.
