Ship systemd-oomd app.slice policy in omarchy-settings-dev
Installs the upstream app.slice oomd drop-in so memory pressure kills an app scope instead of the compositor session, and protects user edits to etc/systemd/oomd.conf.d/10-omarchy.conf on upgrade. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
