Update both package recipes and source checksums to OWE 0.2.9. The release adds owe intro --start first-frame, so a login intro can start on its own first frame. Package builds pass on x86_64 and aarch64.
makepkg runs check() inside the build container and meson writes each
test's output to the build tree, not to stdout. A failing test therefore
leaves only a summary line in the job log. Diagnosing it means reading
the package source and inferring the cause.
bin/build bind-mounts $SRC_DIR at /src, so the logs outlive the
container at src/**/meson-logs/ on the runner. Upload them when the
build step fails.
owe 0.2.7 showed the cost: owe:transition failed on aarch64 and passed
on x86_64, and CI carried no record of which assertion tripped.

Update both package recipes and source checksums to OWE 0.2.6. This release includes the transition-image timeout and output-selection fixes. Package builds pass on x86_64 and aarch64.
0.2.3 adds one-shot intro playback: owe intro, intro-status, and intro-stop, plus the renderer once/mute load and keep-open hold. Both PKGBUILDs take the v0.2.3 tarball; checksums verified with makepkg --verifysource.

The lock screen draws video through Owe.LockFeed in omarchy#12429. The
module maps the frame slots the OWE renderer publishes, with no media
pipeline of its own. It builds from the qml-plugin directory of the owe
release and installs to the Qt QML module path.
The OWE engine owns desktop video backgrounds in omarchy#12429. This
recipe is imported from the owe AUR package and watches the vX.Y.Z tags
on omacom/owe. It builds for x86_64 and aarch64.
0.1.1 is the first release that plays the wallpaper audio track.
