Finalize the selected icon font with validated source outlines

Build from the T3 font and append only Hermes, OpenClaw and Perplexity using distro FontTools. Retain every baseline glyph and metric; omit Ori and Cursor. Update the font character bounds and preserve glyph naming metadata.
