David Heinemeier HanssonandClaude Fable 5 f1bc8dad08 Purge stale omarchy package cache before the first quattro transaction

Legacy repos cached omarchy packages under the same name and version as
quattro rebuilds with different bytes, so pacman aborted --noconfirm
transactions with checksum errors.
